MortDash is provided on an “as-is” basis. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zaneCoder LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of MortDash.
