These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of MortDash, a product designed, developed, and owned by zaneCoder LLC. By accessing or using MortDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MortDash, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use MortDash for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of the platform.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Access the platform using automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) unless authorized by us.
• Introduce malware or any harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MortDash and its contents are owned by zaneCoder LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content found on the platform without our explicit permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MortDash at any time if you violate these Terms or for other business reasons. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing your use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

MortDash is provided on an “as-is” basis. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zaneCoder LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of MortDash.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in [City], California. You waive your right to a class-action lawsuit.
